VI. Schedule
 

Note:
1. All online courses provide English subtitles.
2. Onsite Health Qigong training exchange in WSU from October 10 to October 12, 2025 will provide video recordings of courses, including Basic Principles and Technical Guidelines of Yi Jin Jing, Training of Yi Jin Jing and Ming Mu Gong (Adult version). Video recordings will be uploaded to the website (http://bricshealthqigong.bsumedia.com), participants could learn on their owns according to needs.
3. Associations could recommend Health Qigong promotion videos among Gen-Z to intelhqf@126.com. Recommended videos will be uploaded to website for exhibition, so as to enhance exchanges among BRICS countries. Video submission requirements: “2025 BRICS Promotion-Country Name-Name of Health Qigong Routine” as the title, video format must be MP4 or MOV. Your video shall not contain any contents that are prohibited by Chinese laws regulations, or relevant provisions.
4. Participants can log in to the website from October 14 to 18, 2025 to learn the courses. After the training camp is completed, every Health Qigong associations in BRICS countries could submi the list of participants to Chinese Health Qigong Association to issue electronic training certification.
